Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate Frisbee is a favorite sport among our High School Students!
Ultimate frisbee is a fun, challenging and collaborative team sport. It is played in over 65 countries around the world and continues to grow rapidly. Our Ultimate Team is offered for high school student-athletes, all abilities are welcome to join. Committed athletes are a must to ensure TEAm development, competition, growth and fun. In the past, our TEAm competed well in the Spaghetti Western Tournament in Stockton, CA – this two day tournament is one of the largest in the Bay Area.
Details
Who: Girls and boys, 9th – 12th graders. All abilities welcome.
When: Beginning May 6, student athletes will practice on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:15 – 4:45pm. All practices are scheduled here.
Where: Tahoe Expedition Academy @ MVEF Campus Field. Natural Grass field + frisbee – hard to beat that!
Athlete Expectations: TEAm spots are limited, committed student-athletes only. Committed means 100% attendance for practices and events.
Instructor: Seth Benson
Limit: 20 student-athletes
Materials: Participants are required to bring cleats and athletic clothing for each practice. Please dress for the weather and come prepared to exercise. Bring a snack and water bottle as well.
