TEA athletes, girls and boys grades 7th and 8th competed in Middle School races. Olivia Gibbons was TEA’s only female biker. She raced hard, and navigated the technical 6 mile girls race with a fast time, smooth technique and a smile at the finish line.
The Middle School Boys raced 6 miles on fast Mammoth single track. All athletes raced in a group of about 50 riders. Our 7th graders Nathan Barth and Wyatt Fry finished 1st and 2nd among TEA’s athletes. Other Middle School athletes were Zachary Wallpe, James Olson, and Beck Marshall.
The final race takes place at Tahoe Donner XC on Oct 16. Come out and support our athletes and our school!
