HS Co-ed Basketball
High School Hoops is Back!
Our High School Co-Ed Basketball Team is designed for student-athletes of all ability levels. The Team practices two to three times a week beginning in December, the season will run til the end of February. Winter 2023-24 will be our third year of competitive play and is a great way to compete, build skills and exercise all Winter long. The team will play against local and regional high school programs at the Frosh and JV level.
Experienced coaches will help guide our players – emphasizing fun, fundamental skill sets, great effort and floor IQ – along the way.
Who: For high school student-athletes from 9th to 12th grade. All experience levels and abilities are welcome.
When: December 4 through February, expect two practices to three practices per week. All High School Basketball practices and games are listed on the school calendar here.
Competition Schedule – Game play will begin locally in January ’24, expect to play ~ 6 competitive games. This schedule will be shared to TEAm participants.
Where: Practices are held at the District Office Gym in December, and in other nearby gym space as available. Practice times will alternate based on gym location, more details will be shared with the TEAm via ParentSquare.
Coaches: Steph Brodi, David Maher and Bryan Wallpe.
Equipment: Participants are required to wear basketball shoes and athletic clothing for each practice. Please come prepared to exercise, bring a snack and water bottle as well.
TEAm size: 15+ student athletes. Team participation is only available to enrolled TEA student-athletes.

Scholarship – Our goal is to ensure that programs are available to every TEA student and family – program costs should not deter participation.
