Please join us on Tuesday, December 2 from 5:30–7:00 PM for a warm and inspiring evening as we celebrate the Annual Giving Launch ParTEA! This is a wonderful opportunity for our TEA families to connect with Christopher Barnes, our Interim Head of School, meet new parents, and simply enjoy meaningful time together.
Hosted at The Timbers, this beautiful venue features rustic barnwood décor and floor-to-ceiling views of the surrounding mountains — the perfect setting to kick off the season of giving. In addition to our potluck style offerings, you’ll enjoy an exceptional appetizer menu prepared by Chef Garrett, including Ahi Tuna Cones, Tri-Tip Crostini, and Caprese Skewers, paired with Prosecco, Wine, and Beer.
Kids are absolutely welcome!Elementary students (PreK–5th) can enjoy onsite childcare for a small donation to Student Council, supporting their December dances. Older students (6th & up) are welcome to hang out in the Kids Camp Game Room and join in the fun.
Pizza will be provided for $5 so parents can relax and enjoy the evening.
