This initiative goes beyond fundraising

This year, we invite our community to come together in support of our fundraising goal of $500,000, to continue investing in the people, programs, and opportunities that make a TEA education extraordinary.

Why Support TEA?

At TEA, education extends far beyond the classroom. From PreK through 12th grade, students engage in a dynamic learning model that integrates academic rigor, character development, adventure, and real-world problem-solving.

Through meaningful projects, hands-on experiences, constructive adversity, and intentional relationships with exceptional educators, our students develop the knowledge, confidence, and resilience to navigate an ever-changing world.

Financial Assistance

We believe access to an exceptional education should extend beyond a family's financial circumstances. Your support helps provide financial assistance to families, strengthening the socioeconomic diversity of our community and ensuring more students have access to the transformative TEA experience. This year we are providing over $2.2 Million dollars in assistance to families.

Exceptional Faculty

Our educators are the heart of TEA. Your investment helps us attract, develop, and retain exceptional teachers who challenge students academically, model adaptability and empathy, and inspire young people to discover what they are capable of achieving.

Fieldwork

Learning comes alive when students engage with the world around them. From outdoor education and fieldwork to real-world projects and calculated risk-taking, your gift helps provide the experiences that build confidence, perseverance, and a deeper understanding of the world.
