Vex Robotics
PROBLEM SOLVE + COLLABORATE + BUILD
VEX Robotics will inspire students to become the problem-solving tech heroes of tomorrow.
In this After School Robotics offering students will learn the fundamentals of robot design and programming, using the VEX IQ Platform (http://www.vexrobotics.com). The VEX IQ Platform is endorsed and supported in schools across the nation by NASA, National Aeronautics and Space Administration!
This program will be differentiated to engage learners of all levels, from those building their first robot to students who have already mastered the fundamentals and are looking for a design challenge. Returning students will dive deep into Vex programming, while first timers will create remote controlled bots to complete functional tasks and challenges.
Completed bots can be driven with remote control or programmed to self drive on a custom designed course, with obstacles, tasks and competitions built throughout.
